Come along and join me to this adventurous food cooking trip, as we discover all the secrets that the authentic greek cuisine has to offer...

The class will teach you all the basics that are required for preparing the traditional greek recipes (also adapted for vegetarians or vegan lovers!!)... such as Moussaka, kolokythokeftedes (Zucchini fritters), Briam (mixed baked vegetables), Yigandes Plaki (Baked Beans and Tomato) and many many other mouth watering dishes...!!!

Cooking Classes include:

-  A full course meal at the Premises or at Yours, that includes a main meal, salad, some famous greek "mezedes" and seasonal fruits

-  A full sit down meal enjoyed with a standard glass of the most famous Cephalonian wine -Robola-, mineral water, loose leaf or herbal tea, traditional greek coffee &/or frappe'

-  A recipe handout containing all the recipes cooked on the day

-  ...and lots of Greek hospitality





Sample Menu: 

-  Greek famous Moussaka (also adapted for vegetarians as well as for vegans)

-  A Greek salad (a traditional legume salad made with either lentils, garbanzo beans, fava or white beans) and of course the famous greek Horiatiki (peasant) salad...

- Some Mezedes to accompany the main meal such as Tzatziki -a yogurt/garlic/cucumber appetizer- or Saganaki -fried cheese- or Baked Feta cheese with oregano or Cretan rusks with tomato, oregano and cheese... 

-  Seasonal mixed fruit salad
